My story

The kitchen, my personal sanctuary, is much more than just a room in the house.

It is a real laboratory where creation and experimentation combine, where the interactions between ingredients constantly arouse my curiosity.

Originally from the land of tabbouleh and hummus, Lebanon, I settled in Canada in 2013, after exploring the culinary richness of Iraq during a one-year stay.

This experience allowed me to discover ingredients exclusive to the country, thus nourishing my passion for the diversity of flavors!

For me, my love of cooking goes way beyond just the physical satisfaction. It is an art that awakens the emotions, where each dish begins with an idea that germinates in my mind, then expands to stimulate all the senses, creating a unique sensory experience.

 

My ultimate goal is to create dishes that touch hearts even before satisfying stomachs!
